Sergeant belonged to a lady who was admitted in rehab program in another state. She left him in the care of her boyfriend. Sergeant got out and was out for quite a long time. He was found by someone who took him to a vet to check for a microchip but left before they could give her an answer. The vet let our Texas counterparts know about him and of course they knew he as a great candidate for our rescue. He is very friendly with people gorgeous and chill. Met kids on his daily hikes in Texas and walked well with two other dogs and even took the lead on their hike. Very friendly and a perfect addition to any home.
