Sorry this is long but so worth the read!
Here’s our ❤️ “Nixie Girl”. She’s is finally ready to start looking for her furever home! We came so so very close to losing her shortly after she arrived here from Texas. But thanks to Dr. Butts at Animalife Veterinary Center and Blue Pearl Pet Hospital’s Amazing Medical Staff for seeing her through the 8 nail biting worrisome days. A very spe cial thank you to our foster family! Darla Betlach and her entire family took Nixie into their home right before Christmas and tended to her every need. Nixie is one of the strongest little fighters we have ever known! Lots of prayers said and a few tears shed during the weeks that followed as we waited and watched her get stronger and stronger.

Our NixieGirl LOVES any kind of ball. She will hoard golf balls like they are her babies!
Just recently, we found out she LOVES to go for a run with us! She also loves to go for a walk and carry sticks that she finds. ❤️
She is very friendly toward any dog and loves people!

She is very sensitive toward kids and seems extremely aware of disabilities/weakness.

She loves her chest rubbed or to be pet like a cat. If you stop petting her and she wants you to continue, she will paw at you or reach for your hand.

She is 100% on Kibble! But she loves the gravy on it!
