ALL ABOUT ME!

Here is the story of our newest foster Indi.  This sweet young girl was abandoned on a piece of property in Indian Town. The couple that found her had bought the property and had noticed before closing that she was tied to a chicken coop. Several days later they came back to their new property and the poor dog was abandoned there by the previous owners. It looked as though she had chewed herself free from the coop, no thanks to the old owners who had left her there to die. She looked to be surviving on the chicken eggs she would steal and whatever else she could find. She slept under the condemned house for shelter and was obviously very skinny.  They were leaving to go back home to another state and were trying to find any rescue that could take her.  Of course everyone was at max capacity and the couple were losing hope.  They did not want to take her to a shelter where her chances of survival were slim to none. Thankfully, she is now safe with us but looking for her new forever home. She will be going to the vet this week to get all of her shots and will be available soon.
