Hi everyone, my name is Fina. I am 4 years old and came from New Mexico. No one knows what happened in my past, but I’m ready to put my best paw forward and start again. The rescue thinks I may have had puppies in the past, I wish I could tell them what a good mom I was. I’m a very friendly girl, great with all dogs big and small, young and old. And I love all people, the more the merrier for me. I haven’t been tested with cats but my foster mom doesn’t think it will be a problem as I have little prey drive, and am just fine a few feet away from wild rabbits. I’m just as happy to lounge on the couch as I am to run and play. I walk great on a leash, and love car rides. Someone in my past has put some extensive training into me because my recall and heel is perfect. I know sit and am perfecting my down and stay. I love the beach and swimming. I’m a pretty quiet girl, I rarely bark. If you are looking for an “easy” dog with a classic German Shepherd look, that possesses very best attributes of the breed I just might be your girl! I don’t want to toot my own horn too much but my foster mom tells me I’m one of the best dogs she’s ever met!
